WOLFSDORF BRENNER, INCORPORATED specializes in negotiation and conflict management training, coaching, and advising for technology-driven enterprises and technology affected people.

Wolfsdorf Brenner, Incorporated was founded in 2004 by a Ph.D. engineer who is a Harvard trained mediator. We offer a full range of negotiation and conflict management services to our clients - technology people and corporations, and technology-affected individuals and groups - including technology start ups, venture capital and law firms, in-house legal counsel, engineers and engineering executives.

At Wolfsdorf Brenner, Incorporated our mission is simple: to help clients deal most effectively with the unique aspects of technology negotiation and conflict – most notably over issues such as intellectual property, patents, the supply chain, new venture partnerships, partnership dissolution, new project development and funding, and corporate restructuring.

Our methodology stems from our industry expertise and the principles developed and taught by Dr. Brenner in the Technology Management Program in the School of Engineering at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and, with colleagues, in the Technology Negotiation Executive Education Workshop at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Our methods incorporate key aspects of the general approaches to negotiation that have been developed over the last 25 years, for example at the Program on Negotation at Harvard Law School and at Harvard Business School. 

We provide our clients with individualized attention and technology-specific services that reflect our knowledge of engineering practice, the language, cultures, and pressures of technology-driven businesses, and the state of the art methods in negotiation and conflict management.
